Action Plan for NQT Induction This Action Plan should be completed jointly by the Induction Tutor and the NQT. Induction Tutor Essential Checklist Guidance for registering and supporting your NQT. NQT Registration Form Schools must register each NQT using the above form. Review Meeting Record Use the form to record conversations, strengths and development points when meeting with NQTs. Teacher Standards Record Use this form to track the NQTs progress towards meeting the Teacher Standards. Quick Help Guide – Assessment Paperwork Checklist Use this checklist to ensure assessment paperwork is compliant. Quick Help Guide – NQT Not Making Progress Use this guide to think through your approach to supporting an NQT who is not making sufficient progress. NQT Changes Request Form This form should be completed by the NQT Induction Tutor and normally returned to NQT Team within 10 working days of the change. Do not wait for the end or start of term but send as soon as possible. NQT Assessment Form 1 and 2 Complete this form for assessment point 1 and 2 and any interim assessments you make.
