We are very excited to be hosting our 3rd Annual wellbeing in Schools Conference on 4th October 2019. This will include keynote talks from leading researchers, authors and practitioners including Professor Sami Timimi and Dr Sue Roffey, as well as practical and skills-based workshops by Sami and Sue, as well as a leading national figure in the development of the ACES agenda in UK schools - Sian Griffiths - and one other workshop presenter (TBC).
Two nationally renowned keynote speakers on the subject, plus four workshops, each run twice. The conference will run for one full day and will be relevant to school-based SLT, SENCos, wellbeing leads, learning mentors and ELSAs, as well as to non-school-based professionals such as educational and clinical psychologists
Delegates will develop key skills in relation to best practices for supporting: 1) children who's behaviour is hard to manage in school; 2) the promotion of belongingness and community cohesion in schools and 3) strategies related directly to the ACES agenda.
